Organic & Regenerative Transition Community of Practice

Overview

This year-long cohort is designed to meet the unique needs of our CPGs, Suppliers, and Distributors. Participants will benefit from expert-led sessions and consults, peer-to-peer learning, and opportunities to work together in pre-competitive collaboration to solve many of the trickiest challenges facing organizations with an organic climate-smart agriculture commitment.

Through our intentional design and facilitation, this Community of Practice will foster innovation and collaboration, supporting businesses in re-thinking the evolution of their supply chains to enable and accelerate the transition to organic and regenerative agriculture.

Approach

We will work from a place of …

Collaborative Intentions.

This CoP is informed by a belief that through collaboration we can get further faster. In that spirit, we are interested in participants who are eager to learn and work (where desired) across company lines.

Aligned Interests.

There are two primary areas where participants will have aligned interests. First, they will have a clear interest in organic and regenerative transition for the crops they are working on. Second, they will have a deep orientation towards building a more robust supply chain for organic and regenerative crops.

Implementation and Action.

We recognize that participants may be at different stages in their organic and regenerative journey. However, successful participants will have the leadership support to implement solutions and take action to transition acres to organic and regenerative

Creative Solutions.

One of the exciting aspects of this work is the opportunity to think creatively about how we solve for some of the challenges CPGs are facing. We recognize that solutions may not currently exist, but we are energized about the opportunity to work collaboratively to unlock challenges affecting individual businesses.
